Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of heavy equipment and made-to-order products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Returns may be accepted only with prior written authorization from Avenza Aura LLC. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees charged by the manufacturer.

Custom, special-order, and built-to-spec items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected by the manufacturer or supplier. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
